User Privacy Agreement

Welcome to GeoAI (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). To protect your privacy rights and improve your user experience, please read this agreement carefully before use. By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

I. Permissions We Request

During your use of this Application, we may request the following system permissions to enable core features:

Photo Library Access: Used to select and analyze your photos

Camera Access: Used to take photos for real-time analysis

IDFA (Advertising Identifier): Used for ad attribution and feature optimization analytics

All permissions are activated only after your authorization. Relevant data is used exclusively for functional execution. We do not access or upload any information without your consent.

II. Account System Description

The Application does not require login or registration, nor does it require creating an account.

All features can be used anonymously

The Application does not collect your name, phone number, email, or identification information

Some recognition records may be temporarily cached locally to improve performance. You may clear the cache or uninstall the App at any time to delete all local data.

We guarantee that even without an account system, you retain full control over your personal data and usage freedom.

III. Image Data Processing

When using the image recognition feature, your uploaded images are encrypted and transmitted to cloud servers for AI analysis to improve recognition accuracy.

We make the following commitments:

Images are used only for the recognition task at hand

Images will not be used for AI model training, advertising, or by third parties

Images are deleted immediately after recognition, and are not stored long-term

GeoAI will never store, share, or sell any user-uploaded images

IV. User Behavior Data

We may collect anonymous usage data, including but not limited to:

Feature click frequency

Device compatibility statistics (e.g., device model, OS version)

Error reports and crash logs

This data contains no identifying information and is used solely to improve product performance and user experience.

V. AI Recognition Disclaimer

This Application’s image recognition feature is based on AI technology and uses visual algorithms and geographic databases to infer the shooting location of an image.

Please note:

AI inference may contain deviations; results are for reference only

Accuracy may be affected by image clarity, lighting, night scenes, or indoor environments

AI conclusions are similarity-based probabilistic predictions, not precise geographic positioning

The Application must not be used for legal matters, emergency location, or safety-critical purposes

Please rely on actual circumstances and avoid using AI results as the sole basis for decisions.

VI. Your Control Rights

We fully respect your data control rights. You may:

Disable photo library, camera, or IDFA permissions in system settings

Cancel subscriptions in your Apple account

Uninstall the App to delete all local cached data

GeoAI does not limit your control over personal data. All recognition processes are performed only with your authorization.

VII. Third-Party Services

This Application may integrate third-party services to enable certain features, including:

Map and street-view services: Used to display street views of recognized locations

Cloud AI services: Used to analyze uploaded images

These services may collect some device information (such as IP address, system version, language preference) when technically required. They do not collect personal identity information or perform user profiling or ad targeting.

We only integrate verified, secure third-party service providers and ensure their data processing complies with industry standards.

VIII. Data Security Measures

We have implemented multiple industry-standard security measures, including but not limited to:

Full-process encryption of image transmission and storage

Sandbox isolation for local cache

Permission access requires explicit authorization and is not enabled by default

Strict internal access control, restricted to essential system operations

Despite our efforts, risks may still exist due to network transmission. Please avoid uploading photos containing sensitive personal information.
