User Agreement

Welcome to Geo AI (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using this App, please read this agreement carefully. By using it, you agree to comply with the following terms.

I. About Geo AI

Geo AI is an AI-powered image recognition and location estimation tool. Its core features include:

Geographic location recognition based on images

Street view comparison

AI deep analysis and image enhancement

The App aims to provide geographic exploration and auxiliary location services based on user photos.

II. Access and Use

The App does not require registration or login. You may use all features anonymously.

Certain functions may require your permission to access device resources (such as photo album, camera, IDFA, etc.). Collected data is only used to implement core features and optimize the user experience. We do not perform identity tracking or advertising profiling.

III. Subscription Plans & VIP Benefits

Notes:

All memberships unlock advanced features such as deep search, extended analysis, and premium effects. Advanced members can process complex images (night scenes, blurry, indoor scenes) and use intelligent street view comparison. The fast recognition channel significantly reduces waiting time and is suitable for high-frequency usage. Ads are completely removed during membership periods.

Subscription Notice:

All subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account immediately upon confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew automatically.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions”.

IV. Image Data Processing

When you use the image recognition feature, uploaded images are transmitted via encrypted channels to our cloud servers for AI analysis to improve accuracy.

We solemnly commit:

Images are used only for the current recognition task

Not used for model training, advertising, or any third-party purposes

Images are deleted immediately after recognition and are not stored long-term

Geo AI will not store, share, or sell any user-uploaded images

V. User Behavior Data

We may collect anonymous usage data, including but not limited to:

Feature click frequency

Device compatibility statistics (device model, OS version)

Error reports and crash logs

This data contains no identity information and is used only to improve product performance and user experience.

VI. AI Recognition Disclaimer

The App’s image recognition is based on AI technology that uses computer vision and geographic databases to estimate the photo’s shooting location.

Please note:

AI predictions may deviate; results are for reference only

Image clarity and completeness affect accuracy, especially in night scenes, blurry areas, or indoor environments

AI operates on similarity matching and probabilistic inference, not precise positioning

Not suitable for legal, emergency, or life-critical usage scenarios

VII. User Control Rights

You may at any time:

Disable permissions (album, camera, IDFA) in device settings

Cancel subscriptions in your Apple account

Uninstall the App to delete all local cached data

Geo AI does not restrict your control over personal data; all recognition actions occur only with your consent.

VIII. Agreement Modifications

We may update this agreement periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised terms.

IX. Scope of Application

This agreement is not designed for any specific jurisdiction. In case of disputes, we will handle issues through friendly negotiation.

X. Disclaimer & Usage Boundaries

AI Limitation Disclaimer

AI results may be affected by image blurriness, angle, obstruction, or synthetic/AI-generated images. Geo AI cannot determine image authenticity.

Image Source & Copyright Responsibility

Users must ensure they have legal rights to the uploaded images. Any disputes arising from uploaded content are borne solely by the user.

Usage Restrictions

Results are for reference only and do not constitute legal, business, medical, or professional advice. Do NOT use results for identity verification, border inspection, police investigation, emergency rescue, or other high-risk scenarios.

Service Stability

We strive for stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance across all devices or networks. We are not liable for losses caused by interruptions or recognition failures.

Third-Party Content

The App may use third-party map services, street views, or geographic databases. Their content accuracy and interpretation belong to the respective service providers.

User Responsibility

Any actions taken based on AI results—including posting, sharing, interpreting, or drawing conclusions—are at the user’s own risk. The platform does not assume legal or ethical responsibility.
