Membership Agreement

 

  1. Agreement Overview

 

This agreement outlines the rights and obligations between you and Lais Times (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lais Company") regarding the auto-renewal subscription service. Please read all terms carefully, especially those that exempt or limit liability. By selecting “Agree,” you acknowledge and accept all terms of this agreement.

 

  1. Service Description

 

The auto-renewal service is designed to prevent service interruptions caused by missed payments. You authorize Lais Company to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your linked third-party payment account, bank card, or telecom account (collectively referred to as “Account”) without requiring password, SMS verification, or other manual confirmation. Billing cycles may include monthly or annual plans, which you can choose as prompted. If there are insufficient funds in your account, Lais Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership privileges.

 

  1. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

 

3.1 Lais Company will attempt to deduct the subscription fee from your account within 24 hours before and after the end of each billing cycle. Successful deductions will be recorded in your payment history, and your membership will be extended accordingly. If errors occur during billing, both parties shall cooperate to identify the cause and bear any losses due to their respective faults.

 

3.2 Lais Company may revise this agreement as needed and will publish changes on this page. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you may cancel the auto-renewal service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

3.3 You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. If you choose not to cancel, it is deemed that you authorize Lais Company to continue periodic deduction attempts, including partial deductions if necessary. Upon successful payment, your membership will be renewed for the corresponding cycle. Renewal during an active membership term will extend the validity period.

 

3.4 Free trial policy:

 

(1) Activate a trial with a small fee (e.g., $N).

 

(2) Automatic renewal billing will occur 24 hours before the trial ends.

 

(3) You will enjoy premium benefits for the corresponding period after payment.

 

  1. Canceling Auto-Renewal

 

Go to Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select the subscription → Cancel Subscription

 

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

 

Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

  1. Agreement Duration and Termination

 

5.1 Unless otherwise announced by Lais Company, this agreement is effective upon activation of the auto-renewal service and remains in force until you cancel auto-renewal or delete your account. You may terminate the service at any time, after which Lais Company will cease providing auto-renewal.

 

5.2 Lais Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate auto-renewal due to business adjustments or pricing changes, and will notify you via public announcement if such actions occur.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

 

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
