User Agreement

Welcome to register a Pet Wall App account and use the services provided by Pet Wall!

 

This Pet Wall User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you and Pet Wall governing your registration of a Pet Wall account and your use of all related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using the services, especially clauses related to limitation or exclusion of liability, which may be highlighted in bold or underlined.

 

By clicking “I Agree to the Pet Wall User Service Agreement”, completing registration, or using any Pet Wall service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not register or use Pet Wall services.

 

If you are under 18 years old, you must read this Agreement under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent before registering, making purchases, or using any services.

 

 

 

  1. Parties and Scope

 

 

Contracting Parties

“Pet Wall” refers collectively to the operating entities of Leshi Times (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. that provide the relevant services.

“You” or “User” refers to any individual who registers for or uses Pet Wall services.

 

Agreement Content

This Agreement includes, but is not limited to:

  1. This Pet Wall User Service Agreement
  2. Pet Wall Privacy Policy
  3. Service-specific terms applicable to certain features
  4. Special rules for particular products or services
  5. Authorization agreements related to third-party services

 

 

In case of inconsistency, the most recently published version shall prevail.

 

Platforms

This Agreement applies to Pet Wall services accessed via websites, iOS apps, Android apps, and any future platforms. Users are responsible for their own devices, internet access, and related costs.

 

 

  1. Account Registration

 

 

You agree to provide true, accurate, and lawful information during registration and to update it promptly.

You confirm that you have full legal capacity or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

 

Pet Wall may require identity verification where legally required. Failure to provide valid information may result in service restrictions.

 

 

  1. Account Use and Security

 

 

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or lent without written consent from Pet Wall.

 

You must safeguard your account credentials. Pet Wall is not responsible for losses caused by improper account management.

 

Pet Wall reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts in accordance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

 

 

  1. User Conduct

 

 

You agree not to use Pet Wall services to:

 

 

Pet Wall may suspend or terminate services for violations and cooperate with authorities where required.

 

 

  1. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content, software, data, trademarks, and related materials provided by Pet Wall are owned by Pet Wall or its licensors and protected by law.

 

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Pet Wall a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense such content for service operation and promotion.

 

 

 

  1. Termination

 

 

This Agreement may terminate upon:

 

 

Termination does not affect clauses that should survive, including intellectual property and liability provisions.

 

 

  1. Notifications

 

 

Pet Wall may provide notices via:

 

 

Notices are deemed delivered upon successful transmission.

 

 

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

 

 

Pet Wall services may be affected by force majeure events, technical failures, or third-party issues. Pet Wall is not liable for service interruptions under legally permissible circumstances.

 

Information Disclaimer

Content provided by Pet Wall is for informational purposes only. Pet Wall does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or applicability.

 

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mainland China.

Disputes shall be resolved by courts with proper jurisdiction as specified by applicable service terms.

 

 

  1. Miscellaneous

 

 

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain effective.

 

Special Statement

Pet Wall does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical consultation, or pharmaceutical sales services.

 

 

 

  1. VIP Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

 

 

Subscription Plans

 

 

 

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.

 

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

 

Cancellation

To cancel, go to:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pet Wall → Cancel Subscription

 

Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic renewal.
