This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, which will remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Services. In addition to the terms set forth in this document, this Agreement includes our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, rules, or conditions applicable to specific Services (collectively, the “Supplemental Terms”). You understand and agree that by using the relevant Services, you also agree to comply with such Supplemental Terms. 

Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains important information regarding the Services, including fees, taxes, automatic renewals, limitations of liability, class action waiver, and the resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than court proceedings. 

Important: If you do not agree to any of the following terms, you may not use or access the Services in any way. 

 

Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver 

Except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Agreement below, you agree that any disputes between you and us will be resolved through binding individual arbitration and that you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. 

 

Will this Agreement Change? 

We are constantly working to improve our Services, and therefore this Agreement may be updated as the Services evolve. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods: 

• Posting a notice on our website; 

• Sending you an email notification; 

• Or through other reasonable means. 

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may choose to reject them, but doing so will prevent you from continuing to use the Services. By continuing to use the Services after the new terms become effective, you indicate your acceptance of all changes. 

No modifications to this Agreement by any party other than us shall be valid unless in a written document signed by both you and us.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) 

The United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires online service providers to obtain parental consent before collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. 
We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. 
If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for or use the Services or send any personal information to us. 

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible.
